Cafétienda roasters and coffee tasters came up with the perfect espresso. La "CREMA" is very important for an espresso. If you have an espresso coffee machine you will require the espresso grind which is very fine. If your equipment is equipped with a grinder you will need to buy whole beans and let the machine do the job.
